Have you filled out and submitted your Trip Registration Form and paid your deposit? If you have, please make sure that you have received the confirmation. If not, that’s your first task!
2. Check – Please send your check with your tour name written in the memo line to the address below, and also send an e-mail to [email protected] to let us know that the check is on its way. Please note that we can only accept US checks at this time.

3. Bank transfer – You can pay by bank transfer to our USA account. E-mail [email protected] for more information about these two options.
(Please make sure you use this page to pay your trip payment NOT any portion of your fundraising. The money you fundraise should be paid directly to the NGO in Cambodia or Nepal.)
If you decided to cancel your trip for any reason, your $200 trip deposit is non-refundable. Refunds will be made for the remainder of your tour fee according to the following schedule:
- Full – more than 3 weeks before trip’s start
- 50% – more than 2 weeks before trip’s start
- 25% – more than 3 days before trip’s start
- 0% – less than 3 days before trip’s start
Please note that in the unlikely event that we cancel the trip for any reason, we will repay all tour fees and deposits in full.
