How To Pay

Your adventure with PEPY Tours has a two-part payment structure:

1) Your tour fee: This fee covers all tour inclusions from accommodation to guides as well as the overall costs of running PEPY Tours. (Please do not include your fundraising requirement in your tour fee as it should be paid in a separate way, directly to our partner NGO.) Click here to pay your tour fee.
The tour fee is due in full 1 month before the trip start date.

2) Your fundraising requirement: The fundraising portion of our fee is a required part of the tour price and goes directly to our non-profit partner, PEPY Ride. It is a pretty cool system: you come on a trip to learn about and support development programs in Cambodia and then your donations continue to support those programs long after you leave! If you make a donation yourself, it is tax deductible for US tax payers and can be for Canadians as well. Contact us if you are Canadian for more info. The fundraising portion of the fee is due to be at or over the minimum requirement by 1 week before the trip start date.
